About the day

The one day a year we're all in the same room.

Your Dijital team works alongside you every day from Colombo. Customer Day is the day you meet them face to face, and meet the country that shapes the way they think, communicate and deliver. It is a small room by design, so the conversations are the real ones.

  • Three Sri Lankan speakers on engagement, culture and trust
  • Time with the Dijital leads who run your engagement day to day
  • A proper Sri Lankan table at the Ceylon Curry Club
  • An evening on the Indian Ocean with the Colombo skyline behind you

Fahad Farook

Excite, Inspire & Engage Teams

How teams engage, react and interact is far more physiological than we used to think. Fahad unpacks what is actually happening inside a high-performing team, and how to harness it deliberately rather than hope for it.

Guest Speaker

Dananjaya Hettiarachchi

What Makes Sri Lanka Tick

World Champion of Public Speaking. Dananjaya takes the room inside the culture of a nation: what drives it, what it values, and how to work with that culture to deliver genuinely better outcomes.

Beyond the room

Colombo, the way locals would show you.

The afternoon is not a filler slot. It is a curated route through the city: one legendary curry table, two landmarks that explain the place, and a sunset on the Indian Ocean.

Ceylon Curry Club

Sri Lankan food is not one dish, it is a whole table. Coconut, cinnamon, pandan, curry leaf and enough chilli to make a point, served the way families here actually eat it.
