We will typically have candidates that have met our robust selection process to you to interview within one week. The standard notice period for candidates in Sri Lanka is four weeks, meaning you can have an amazing offshore team member adding value to your business in as little as 35 days.

Can you scale up and down?
We do not lock you in with long-term contracts. You can cancel for convenience at any stage with only 90 days’ notice. Our model allows you to scale teams flexibly, add new roles or reduce numbers aligned to your business cycle, while maintaining cost-control and governance.
